As of October 1, 1999, the Department of Human Services has mandated this 40-hour training as a requirement for all QIDPs. This Anixter Center Training Institute course meets the DHS standards of instruction. Anyone is welcome to participate, however certain criteria need to be met in order to become a QIDP. Please contact DHS prior to registering to ensure training participant meets qualifications.

The next course is scheduled to meet Wednesday's, 9am-1:30pm beginning February 13th and concluding on April 10th. Classes will be held at 2032 N Clybourn Ave in Chicago (click here for map/directions).
.1 CEU credit for every 1.0 hour of instruction completed. The fee for the complete 40 hours of instruction is $750.
